KYOCERA LAUNCHES THEIR NEXT GENERATION IN COLOUR DEVICES THE TASKALFA 500CI SERIES.

OT Group is pleased to represent the new Kyocera TASKalfa Series. This series is comprised of 4 models: the 250ci at 25 pages per minute, the 300ci at 30 pages per minute, the 400ci at 40 pages per minute and the 500ci at 50 pages per minute. OT GROUP HELPS SAVE CAMPBELLFORD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL $150,000 OVER 5 YEARS

In an effort to save money and give back valued resources to Campbellford Memorial Hospital staff (CMH) OT Group designed a comprehensive managed print services contract resulting in a projected minimum contract savings of $150,000.00. Based on reviews of the initial reports it appears the hard cost savings may exceed $350,000.00.  The contract has a single output cost for all pages printed in the hospital and includes on-site service, inventory management, cost accounting controls, customized invoicing and deployed resource management.

KAWARTHA CHILDREN'S AID CHOOSES THE OT GROUP FOR THEIR DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT NEEDS

Another great win for the OT Group and their Document Management Team. After a 4 year project, Kawartha Children's Aid Society has chosen OT Group to implement a digital document management solution for them.
The solution for Kawartha Children's Aid Society is a custom tailored solution including Liberty IMS and work from OT Group's Liberty Professional Services team.

OT GROUP AND KYOCERA WIN THE FIRST EVER PUBLIC / CATHOLIC SCHOOL BOARD JOINT TENDER

In a joint bid OT Group and Kyocera Mita Canada won the first ever joint Public and Catholic School Board Multi-functional Copier tender. The result was the placement of approximately 300 machines and a multi-million dollar savings to Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board and Peterborough Victoria Northumberland Clarington Catholic District Separate School Board.

OT Group and Kyocera Mita Canada were awarded the contract after 4 vendors were short listed and tan extensive onsite trial resulting in approximately 1.2 million impressions. During this trial the Kyocera equipment performed extremely well. OT Group's Pre-Sales and Training groups were on hand to help with the initial install and make a smooth transition from the previous equipment to the Kyocera's. OT Group looks forward to serving both customers for the next 5 years.

OT GROUP WINS THE DURHAM DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT TENDER

After a 2 year vendor selection process, OT Group in conjunction with Liberty IMS won the Durham District School Board tender. The process focusde on determining the vendor most capable of installing a digital document management system across the whole school board during a 5 year project.

Durham District School Board has approximately 70,000 students and 7,500 staff members which necessitates a seemless and easy installation and deployment.
The project will begin in early fall 2007 and is set to begin in the human resources department.
