What is CDAP?

The Canada Digital Adoption Program is an initiative by the Canadian Government that aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises digitally transform their business through grants and expert technology consultation.

As a Certified Digital Advisor, OT Group is able to guide your business through all phases of the program, including assessing your company’s digital readiness, applying to the grant and implementing your digital adoption plan.

Achieve Digital Transformation With the Boost Your Business Program

The CDAP Program provides your SME with up to $15k to consult a Digital Expert to develop a CDAP-approved digital adoption plan for your business. This plan must include:

Information about the current state of the SME that will help the Digital Advisor understand the strategic goals, challenges and the current baseline of their existing technology.

Technology options analysis. The Digital Advisor will identify digital solutions that align to the business’s goals.

The creation of a uniquely tailored digital strategy that helps to optimize the SMEs current digital strategy, its existing processes, its informational and technological capabilities as well as its cybersecurity maturity.

Implementation of a roadmap that identifies the key business actions to be taken prior to the adoption of digital solutions, including high-level timelines.
