# Customer Portal

## Customer Care

At OT Group we know that when your system is down your business suffers. If you need to let us know about service issues or toner orders after 5pm and before 8am this portal is for you.

By enabling a "management account" we also provide you all the key measurements on how your equipment and account is operating. If you would like a customer care management account and don't have one, you can contact us [here](mailto:sherryp@otgroup.ca).
