Overview:
OT Group is currently looking to add several experienced and knowledgeable I.T. / Network Support Technicians to our team. OT Group prides itself on providing exceptional customer service from highly qualified and certified technical support staff.

Area of Responsibility:

Belleville West and North, customer site and remote support.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in computer technologies and/or software coding
• Minimum 3 Years experience working for an MSP
• A+, Network+, MCSE, Cisco, VMware certifications recommended
• Exceptional knowledge of IT Best Practices
• Minimum of three years of working in a Microsoft Server Environment, which should include:
  • Microsoft Server 2016 or newer
  • Microsoft Exchange 2013 or newer
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Active Directory
• Experience with Office 365 configuration and Tenancy Deployment
• The ability to create code using C# would be a significant benefit
• Experience configuring data back plans and policies for windows-based environments
• Experience configuring and deploying VMware virtual servers
• Experience configuring Internet connectivity and routers
• Experience utilizing a Remote Monitoring and Management Tool such as ConnectWise or Solarwinds
• Proven Oral and Written communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooter with a commitment to detail
• Exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction
• A desire to learn new skills and enhance already exceptional capability and knowledge

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may shift depending on current projects and customer requirements. Potential on-call time.

Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle.
