I just want to take the time to say what an amazing staff you have at OT Group. The technicians are always so helpful and friendly. I want to also let you know that when calling and having Christine at the other end - she is such a great asset OT Group. Randy was great – courteous, helpful, calming, and patient when I wanted to try adding some one-touch contacts myself so I can be a better admin of the machine in future! I had to interrupt our call several times to answer the switchboard and he was so patient with me. As I said to you and to Randy, I have never had such a pleasant experience with a help desk! I appreciate that your office is not offshore and I can understand the technician helping me and that the job stays local as well! A business can never underestimate that importance to its customers. I am just writing to say thank you to you and your team for your help and expertise during the move of the Trenton office. Everyone was so easy to work with, knew exactly what they needed to do and did it with little to no direction from me. All the staff in the Trenton office were so impressed when their computers were dismantled, moved, reassembled and operational in the new location by 11am. Overall this was a great move and a credit to the teams we had working with us. A big thank you to you, Denis, Al and the printer team for a job well done!
I just wanted to thank you for expediting our service yesterday morning. I found everyone to be so helpful in trying to get us back up and running. It ended up being just a simple thing as the toner cartridge needed to be replaced. Our office relies heavily on our fax and our scanner because we have orders coming in non-stop all day. Especially heavily in the afternoon hours. We were down for just a little over 2 hours but luckily it was in the morning.
